The Inc. Apartments.
Adding to the unique texture of Caulfield North.

The Inc. is a boutique development of 19 premium residences, positioned in the heart of Melbourne’s leafy south-east. Surrounded by some of the city’s finest parkland, cultural experiences, dining and shopping – and coupled with fast access to the heart of the city – it’s an A-grade project that demanded top tier marketing materials.

An extensive marketing campaign, positioned by the phrase ‘The Texture of Caulfield North’ allowed the materials to fully capture the project in all its close-up glory – attention to detail in the building’s design, tactile interiors, the indulgent local amenity, and the vibrancy of the surrounding streetscape.

I delivered materials with an executive look, comprising embossed, leather-wrapped hard cover brochures and premium hotel-style stationery, juxtaposed with dreamy photographic and video studies of the surrounding villages, and modern design elements. It’s a luxury product designed to appeal to both the younger professionals and older downsizers that inhabit this special part of town.

With this demographic in mind, celebrating the vibrant texture of local lifestyle – modern dining, open spaces, cultural experiences and boutique shopping destinations – was vital. Lavish descriptions and stunning 3D renders represent the quality of life you can expect, living at The Inc.

From the impact of the display suite experience, to a brochure you can linger over at home, this suite of materials transports purchasers into a textural future they can see for themselves.
