Stemcon believe in building a great future, and have a history that proves it. Since 2008 they have delivered construction projects that demand tailored solutions, close attention to detail and a long-term vision.

As an integrated builder and developer with the backing of in-house fit-out, joinery, precast and electrical divisions, Stemcon deliver enduring architectural projects that span multi-residential, high-end homes, and projects for State and Federal Government.

Stemcon have enjoyed steady organic growth over the past decades, but this same success has meant that marketing has taken a back seat. With a hunger to better solidify their presence in specific markets, I was tasked with refreshing and bringing much needed unity to the brand identity, and to simplify their messaging to the market.

An in-depth brand workshop with the Stemcon management team, informed a brand positioning strategy that clarified the business’s objectives, audience and point of difference. From there I developed a distinctive branding system that unifies all external communications.

I crafted a bespoke brandmark which includes an iconic S symbol, that signifies not just the construction process, but the important relationships that it takes to achieve success. In addition, the S symbol pays homage to the past, referencing the geometric shapes of the previous, longstanding logo.

A full suite of collateral was delivered to mark the launch, including a website, company profile and signage.
