Sandham Place.
An artful blend of Federation and future.
Ten residences. Three levels of considered design. A rare opportunity to live at the meeting point of Elsternwick’s past and its future. Sandham Place takes its cues from Federation elegance and reinterprets them with a contemporary lens. This is an address that belongs to Elsternwick’s story.
I collaborated with boutique developer Coff Property to create a brand identity and campaign rooted in quiet sophistication. Targeting discerning downsizers, the design language reflects the townhouses' heritage references, through a lens of understated luxury.
My role spanned naming, branding, and the design of a lavish brochure set housed in a slipcase, an agent flipbook and finishes box and floorplans alongside art direction for lifestyle photography, video, and architectural renders. The result is a cohesive, premium buyer experience that upholds a high standard for Coff Property’s projects.
