Working in consultation with Habita’s design and development teams, we carried out in-depth workshops to unearth the key points of difference for the business, versus their competitors in the market. A key theme of detail-led obsession, from the design, to sales experience, shone through, allowing a brand to be built on this promise. With an integrated in-house team across both development and design roles, Habita’s offer is truly like no other in the boutique property space.
A photoshoot that celebrated the downsizer demographic of buyers was undertaken, providing a visual backbone for the brand and campaign, with the graphic design element taking a minimal approach, in tune with a buyer at the premium end of the property market.
A website, stationery and hand-over materials were created to launch the new brand with a cohesive feel, designed to make purchasers feel confident and cared for at every stage of the process.
